Excellent studio to stay with a private terrace area and as of now, brand new furniture and decor. i stay in london every 2 3 months and can vouch for this option. the area is perfect for walking into most central attractions. Amr was very helpful through out. I have no hesitations in recommending the place.

The accommodation is in a very good location and beautifully renovated. Everything is new, and the amenities are of good quality. Amr is responsive, even at night when we arrived and we weren’t able to open the door. The accommodation is on level -1 but bright, especially in the morning! I recommend it!

Amr went out of his way to help us. Nothing was too much trouble. We loved the area, close to tube stations and yet nice and quiet. Easy few blocks walk to shops and cafes. Pub down the road was good food. For 3 of us it was tight however the outdoor space made it much better.

Amr was an excellent host. Location was as described. Very near transit, parks, restaurants, shopping.

My family and I stayed for five nights at Amr’s place. The whole studio looked and smelled as new. We liked it since we arrived. Having a washer and dryer inside the unit was a huge plus. The location was great: quiet street next to a lot of connections. I definitely recommend Amr’s place to stay.

Lovely LITTLE apt. Very clean, kitchen and washing machine appreciated. Outside little patio was a very nice break from busy London.

Very nice apartment despite it is in basement. Everything is brand new. Very clean. Very convenient location, few minutes walk to Baker Street tube station which connects to several tube lines and Marylebone High Street, with many nice restaurants and shops. Quiet surrounding and peaceful neighbourhood. Very comfortable stay. Highly recommend!!

Perfect location – close to Marylebone High Street (lots of shops and restaurants), Regent’s Park, and a 10-min walk to Oxford Street/Bond Street. Flat was newly done and very clean. It is a studio and is quite compact so as a solo traveller it was perfect. The kitchenette was well-equipped though I didn’t use it much. Not much natural light given it’s a basement studio – accessed via a 19-step indoor staircase – but it didn’t bother me. I would stay there again!

We had a great stay at Amr’s. the location is excellent,with Marylebone High Street and lots of great shops and cafes around the corner, and two tube stations a short walk away. The apartment is small, just right for a couple or single traveller, but clean. The patio was great for hanging out, but note that other apartment windows look into the private patio. As other reviewers have noted, the place is sub-basement level but well lit and with natural light (if the sun’s out) from the patio space. Overall we had a good experience and I would stay here again.

Overall, I had a good stay at Amr’s place. The location was great and the basement apartment was cozy to stay. Although I had issues with using hot water, the host was responsive at solving the issue during the stay.
