We were in London from the US and had an issue with our original Airbnb (no heat) so needed to re-book, and it was almost 11:00 pm. We were able to do a direct booking and get right in. Amr called that evening to check on us and ensure everything was perfect. The place was beautiful, so comfortable, lots of great light and many special touches. We want to come back and stay again and will definitely recommend to friends traveling to London. Thanks Amr!
