Amr has been very helpful since the beginning – with early luggage drop off and all other queries even during our stay. The apartment is very newly and beautifully renovated. We are a group of 4, and 3 beds are all equipped well with heater, portable AC, proper beddings. Kitchen is a smart kitchen with all necessary equipments. TV is huge with access to all channels, incl premier league which is super important. Location is super close walk to Bakerloo tube station, close to bus stops and other shops/ cafes/ pharmacy. Bonus is the lift access and amazing view from the balcony and kitchen. I cannot recommend this place more. Thank you Amr.

We didn’t want to travel at all. We felt at home. Big nice couch. New beds and linens. Two nice bathrooms. 6th floor overlooking trees and a nice backyard. Everything was new and impressive. No alarms or issues. Hot water and heat in the apartment. Supermarkets close by, also the 24-hour ones. Can’t say anything bad at all. And I’m usually very critical.

We enjoyed our stay at Amr’s place. The biggest perk is the gorgeous private garden that the building is connected to and that the flat has been recently updated with amenities you don’t usually find in London. We have three kids and he was able to provide two baby cots and our kids were comfortable in the flat. It was great that there were three bedrooms so we had our own space. The headed floors were great. It is hard for cabs and delivery drivers to find, so make sure you really get detailed if using those services. We did have to request some help with the wi-fi, power (it went out at one point), and extra towels – but luckily a building manager was able to get to us and get it all sorted through Amr. If you want to be near Little Venice, this is a great spot! Don’t be fooled by the exterior of the building!

A fantastic flat in a superb location. Very close to the Tube, Little Venice canal walk and shops. The flat itself is newly refurbished and beautifully appointed. As a bonus (particularly if travelling with children), the flat also has access to private gardens with a playground. Amr is a wonderful host – very responsive and catered to our every need. Highly recommend!

Amr’s place is absolutely fantastic. The apartment is well laid out, clean, receives a lot of natural light and has pretty views onto the street as well as the private gardens. The 3 bedrooms are each sufficiently spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen/living room/balcony are perfect spaces for relaxing. The neighborhood is one of the best in London…tree-lined streets, the canals of Little Venice and terrific little shops, restaurants and pubs all in the immediate vicinity. The nearby Tube line will take you directly to key central London locations such as Oxford Circus, Picadilly Circus and Trafalgar Square. You are also only one stop from Paddington for anyone arriving on the Heathrow Express. For anyone looking for a peaceful refuge after a day walking around London, this place is an excellent choice. Amr was friendly, polite and proactive throughout the entire experience. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The place we stayed at was wonderful! the area is quiet and relaxing and close to the canal (great for a walk) and central areas of London. Amr has been a marvelous host, kind, responsive to every question and understanding. Would definitely stay here again when we come back to London! Thank you!

We absolutely loved this stunning place. It is in a lovely safe, quiet neighborhood that is very accessible to all of London. Walking in, we immediately felt peaceful, relaxed, and welcomed and treated. It’s such a nice, beautifully appointed place, everything is sparkling clean and new and works great. Just a block or two away is a beautiful street of shops with all of the necessities- groceries, coffee shops, restaurants, etc. We used it as a home base to explore all of London and day trips throughout southern England. Being only one stop away from Paddington Station is incredibly convenient. The washer AND dryer was also a wonderful perk. It made it possible for us to pack light! The kitchen is supplied with everything we needed! We were pleasantly surprised to have air conditioners in the bedrooms for the warmer nights, and that on the cooler nights we could sleep with the windows open because it wasn’t noisy outside, with a view to a charming garden park.

We had an amazing time at Amr’s flat. It was very well kept, close to Warwick tube station, very calm neighborhood with restaurants and Tesco nearby. Really nothing bad to say about our stay. Felt right at home and would definitely go back on our next trip to London!

Wonderful stay at Amr’s place. It’s a great location, very close to the Tube as well as restaurants and stores. It was very well organized and a clean space. It was unusually warm when we were visiting and another plus is that Amr has air conditioning units throughout the flat. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Amr’s apartment. The unit was pristine upon arrival and it was a great space for our family – especially after starting the first part of our trip staying in hotels. The three bedrooms are nice sized and provided a very comfortable space for our family. The kitchen and open living room were great spaces for preparing food and having some family time. It was also great to have the combo washer/dryer to utilize. In addition, we really loved the quiet neighborhood and the gardens in back of the building are definitely a hidden gem that just added to our stay. We also liked the close proximity to the Warwick Road tube stop and we really enjoyed the neighborhood – including the Gail’s bakery, the great produce store nearby and having a Tesco Express nearby too. Amr was very responsive to questions and needs. The building does not have great curb appeal, but inside the apartment is a real gem.

Amazing host, location, and flat! Newly renovation and very pristine The host communicated great and was very easy to communicate with. Coffee cups were stocked, lots of cleaning supplies, and a washer/dryer all in one. Our train arrived at 9am and our host was kind enough to coordinate holding our bags while we grabbed lunch nearby until check-in time. Flat was on 6th floor and very quiet neighborhood, slept like a baby! Amazing garden and walking path in backyard. The location was absolutely breathtaking, safe for our whole family, and grea walking distanceto the Warwick Staion Tube, local coffee shops and grocery. Paddington was only a 10-15 min walk and has some amazing breakfast/brunch spots on nearby boats along a breathtaking canal. We cannot wait to come back to this same location year after year! We had a very good stay . The location was ideal and very close to the train station, and it’s not a very crowded neighborhood which is what we were looking for. Amr was very responsive. The washing machine wasn’t working and he promptly sent someone to fix it.
