Excellent location and Amr (host) was very responsive. The apartment is on lower ground floor which I didn’t expect as I didn’t look at the listing carefully while booking. But we didn’t mind as the apartment has enough windows and gets good sunlight. The way to private terrace is through a bedroom. The terrace was a really good feature as my 5 year old really enjoyed being there. The location is excellent. It’s a very short walk to great restaurants, Baker Street tube station. Oxford street is also at walkable distance. We would definitely come back and stay at Amr’s place again.

Fantastic host. Great location in quiet street but close to the Marylebone shopping and restaurant hub. Also short walk to tube station at Regents Park or Baker Street. The flat was in superb condition with 1 spaciousbathroom and an extra toilet/shower-room. The kitchen is sparkling new with large fridge-frezer, coffee machine, and well-equipped for all our needs. We sadly didn’t get a chance to use the garden area which is enormous for London! It us up a flight of stairs however so my dad couldn’t get to it. Amr was super-quick with his replies to questions and the service was exceptional. The flat is down a flight of stairs and does not have many windows but it was very clean and comfortable.

Amr’s property was fantastic. I stayed there for just shy of a month with my business partner and the location, amenities, and layout were perfect for a long stay. Additionally, the patio outside was such a bonus for us. Recently renovated, it was such a treat to stay there. His team of cleaners were detail oriented and so kind. I look forward to staying there again in the near future.

This apartment was perfect. It has a lot of light with beautiful skylights even though it is partly basement. It was clean and quiet with great bathrooms.The outdoor space is just beautiful and makes u feel like you have your own oasis. Can not wait to stay there again !

Very clean and well equipped apartment, except for the sofa in the living room. This is hardly usable as a bed and certainly not suited to accomodate 2 people. Communication with Amr was good!
