Easy check in and Amr was very quick to respond to all our messages. He was kind enough to allow us early check in and late check out. The apartment is recently renovated with all the necessary appliances. Very clean place – exactly as posted. Excellent location – very central with easy access to subway and food options. The unit is in the basement with a private walkout. Will definitely rebook if we are back in London.

We had a great time at Amir’s place. We were a family of 3, mother and 2 grown up kids, 25 and 20. The appartement was cosy, had everything we needed. The patio outside is nice with a place to seat down. The kitchen is well appointed with everything needed for cooking and clean our clothes. Amr was super nice, bringing us pizzas and water for our first evening. The double bed was good but the sofa bed is not the most confortable. Location is quite remote but we enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and like everything in London, this was quite expensive but not more than many other options. I definitely recommend this place for whoever wants to enjoy a quiet time in London.

Amr was a very kind and responsive host! His communication was quick and thorough. He was also accommodating and met us early to take our luggage down to the flat to drop it early while it was still being clean. The flat is in a great location and is clean, fresh and recently redone. The main bed is very large and comfortable. It was also so nice to have air conditioning during the hot summer months! Marylebone is a gorgeous area of London and the flat is just a couple of blocks from Regents Park and the beautiful Marylebone High street, and easy walking distance (within ~ 1 mile) to Oxford Street, Regents Street, Soho, Fitzrovia, the West End, Covent Garden, the British Museum, etc. Our family would happily stay here again!

Amr was a fantastic host! He was very responsive to everything we needed and even did a lot of extras for us. It was a great flat in a quiet, safe, beautiful neighborhood. We loved our stay there!

Our stay with Amr was excellent! The apartment was new and clean, and in an excellent location within walking distance of 3 underground stations and 2 accessible supermarkets, making our stay worry-free and super convenient for our daily excursions. Amr was very warm and welcoming, providing us champagne and chocolates to celebrate the special occasions of our trip, and was extremely available to fix any issues we had during our stay and was able to give recommendations as well. The apartment was completley stocked up well with a great kitchen that allowed us to prepare some home-cooked meals and the towels and bed covers were freshly laid out. All in all we would highly recommend this listing and would book again ourselves in the future x Thank you so much for being part of this great experience we had in London.

Great place, definitely recommended. We had 2 adults and 2 kids. It’s cosy but enough room for the four of us. The kids each had a sofa bed and found them comfortable. The location is brilliant. Quiet at night, 2 tube stops within a 5 min walk and the Harley St bus stop 100m away with several buses running through there that can get you to and from Paddington, Kings Cross or down to Piccadilly, Parliament etc. Shopping and restaurants in Marlyebone HS or Baker St also very convenient. Communication excellent with keyless, hassle free entry.
