This is a great 1 bedroom spot right in one of the best areas of Marylebone, right near great shopping and restaurants. The place is like new, recent renovations and very comfortable, I would highly recommend it. One piece of advice for AirBnBers is to make sure you are ready for the 4 floor walkup or plan to have the building superintendent (arranged via Amr) help you up the stairs with your bags. (and I’m not that old and think of myself as vigorous). :-)

We stayed at Amr’s apartment during my work trip to London where I brought my husband and 1 y.o. daughter. The apartment had everything we needed to stay with the baby and there were many parks and playgrounds in the area. The apartment itself is very cozy, had everything we needed to feel at home, the bed was comfortable and there was a cot. Even though the location is central, it was quiet and the building itself is also very private. The only downside that we knew in advance about was the stairs (no elevator) but it was not a problem for us. Amr suggested help with carrying the luggage to the apartment but we did not need that. Overall, he was always available and answered all the questions immediately. Highly recommended.

Really nice place in a great neighbourhood for having things to do, getting around, and exploring. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities I needed for my trip. Good choice for my work trip.

Amr’s location was hands down the best airbnb I’ve been to in the area. He was not only responsive, communicative but he was also really kind. He accommodated my early check in request at the last minute. Quite frankly this was an amazing location and for the price it was a steal. Thank you for hosting me Amr and I look forward to staying here again next time I’m in the area.

Amr was a fantastic host, upon check in the property was very clean and organised. The kitchen had all cookware you would expect, including a Nespresso machine that was generously stocked. All appliances worked and were clearly new. The living spaces were well heated with AC in all rooms alongside central heating and radiators. The bathroom was cleaned and supplied well with soaps, toilet rolls. Amr went the extra mile for us on our stay so much as helping me decorate and surprise my girlfriend for her birthday. He was very informative about the local area as well as being flexible to our requests. I highly recommend this property for your stay!

Amr was great and the trip was fantastic

We stayed 5 nights and the accommodation was great, Amr was quick to fix if we requested anything, always very helpful. The apartment is recently renovated and well equipped. It is a short walking distance to shopping, restaurants and experiences as well as the subway, you are really in London’s pulse at once!

This is an amazing place, located 1 block from Marylebone high street. The apartment was perfect for a one week stay. The place was clean, neat and nice and had all the needed amenities. I believe it is a great match for price you pay and value you get in return. The hosting team was responsive and helpful. They gave suggestions, answered questions and allowed to store luggage after check-out. The only issue may be to climb up the stairs to 4th floor with the luggage. Everything else was great!

My wife and I recently visited from Chicago and found this to be a wonderful alternative to a hotel. Great location, very clean, fantastic appliances all in working order, comfortable bedding, and an extremely responsive host. The walk up stair case is no joke….we managed fine, but it would be a challenge for people with mobility issues. I would easily book this apartment again and I commend the host.

Top Locataion! Walking distance to the Metro, park, restaurants and shops. Very comfortabale accomodation. The apartment was as descibed, clean and orginized.
